Love these glasses so much I ordered 2 sets of 2 sizes. Even though they were well packed, one glass arrived broken. I emailed customer support even though it was past the date they requested to be notified by and still they promptly replied and replaced the glass in less than a week of my email. I'm very pleased with product and service!
